Limited Warranty

Every powered Noovaria product carries a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Products with no motor and no battery — the acupressure mat, the sandals, the foot pad, the trigger point tool and the beechwood paddle — are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. There is not a great deal to go wrong with a piece of wood, but if it splits, tell us.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects
Component failure under normal use
Motors, heating elements and switches that stop working through no fault of yours

Where a claim is approved we repair or replace the product, at our discretion. If neither is practical, we refund it.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, drops and crushing
Water damage, and use in a bath, shower or other wet environment
Misuse, or use contrary to the instructions supplied
Repairs or modifications by anyone other than us
Cosmetic wear such as scratches and scuffs that do not affect how it works
Batteries in normal decline, and consumable parts such as covers and attachment heads
Products bought anywhere other than noovaria.com

How to make a claim

Email support@noovaria.com with your order number, a description of the fault and when it started, and a photograph or short video of the problem if you can take one.

We answer within one business day. If we need the product returned for inspection we will send instructions, and we cover return shipping on approved warranty claims.

How this differs from our 60-day guarantee

They are separate things and you can use whichever fits.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee is for when the product simply is not for you. No fault is required, you can have used it, and you get a refund. See Returns and refunds.

This limited warranty is for when something is wrong with the product itself, runs longer, and is about repair or replacement rather than a refund.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under applicable consumer protection law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
